Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Verifying transportation / import / export / export / local delivery invoice to ensure all invoices are submitted to Account on timely
  • Ensure process of claims against transporter with records, investigation and computations is followed up closely to avoid additional charges incur.
  • To verify Goods Received of material, daily and monthly PGI closure
  • Perform PR, PO and SES posting activities on daily basis
  • Prepare export and import documentation and logistics outline agreement. 
  • Responsible for CIDB online application, follow up receipts and inspection letter
  • To ensure promptness of DO returns by logistics vendors
  • Assist in truck arrangement for local delivery and export
  • Prepare daily and monthly logistics reports timely      

Job Requirements : 

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in logistics administration function.
  • Highly motivated team player and able to work independently
  • Highly driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
