The Business Process Analyst will provide the following functions:
 The Business Process Analyst is responsible for development and improvement of quality data processes through process documentation, analysis, review and assessment of quality data processes that are crucial to achieving business objectives. The Business Process Analyst analyses quality data processes, identifies constraints and designs and recommends new and improved ways of performing quality data processes to increase work accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of all necessary documentation, training, and processes required for successful execution by the quality department.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
 Governs data quality regarding Quality management system for all activities related to the processes and reporting
 Monitors and report (collating data) on the overall AFR improvement plans (end to end)
 Map process, re-engineer existing business processes and define operational process metrics
 Be the administrator of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and performance metric tracking
 Responsible for the Administration Quality Management System (Jira)

 Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma (preferred)
 Knowledge of Jira, SAP tool (preferred)
Requirements:
 At least 2-3 years of experience in business process or similar job
 Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business or Commerce
Physical Demands & Environmental/Working Conditions  Incumbent must be able to perform the Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the job (stated above).  Occasional Travel will be required in order to perform the essential duties of this position.
