Responsibilities:

Sales

  • Manage our clients in Malaysia
  • Lead & coach sales team in sales, customer service & inventory related matters
  • Handle sales to wholesaler and distributors in the fresh produce market
  • Communicate constantly with existing & new clients to promote new items & increase sales volume
  • Develop new clients & new products in the wholesales and distribution
  • Maintain proper records of all account receivable matters pertain the your sales accounts
  • Gather Market Information for the purpose of accurate and confident decision in determining selling price, market opportunity, market penetration strategy, and market development metrics

Inventory Management

  • Maintain proper & accurate documentation for the receiving and sales of inventory
  • Liaise with operation/production team to ensure timely delivery to designated customers
  • Placing order for stock (with reference to clients’ standing order)
  • Oversee daily inventory to react fast in order to minimise aging stock, overstock & understock
  • Any other adhoc  tasks relating to job scope
  • Requirement:

  • Candidates must have at least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the following field:
  • Agriculture or fresh produce (vegetables & fruits) business
  • Wholesale/Trading of Food products
  • F&B or FMCG
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
  • Required Skill(s): People management, Conflict management, Strong negotiation skills, Dedication to work, Good interpersonal communication skills, Able to self-motivate & motivate others, Good with numbers, Excellent salesmanship and customer service
  • Trilingual in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu to liaise with customers & suppliers
  • Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate)
  • Knowledge in SAP or ERP software
