Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to daily problem call and IT Support on Laptop/PC/Printer/networking/door access/CCTV/Server/PABX in UTM and plant 2Manage helpdesk ticketing  
  • update issue and close accordingly and provide systematic and timely response to user request
  • Manage and maintain daily operation of IT services
  • Implement IT strategic plan from HQ
  • Asset tracking and software license management
  • Ensure proper backup of critical systems and be able to restore in needed
  • Proper control of hardware and software inventory are in place
  • Implement and maintain all office systems that are secured and reliable
  • Ensure effective network infrastructure are maintained and upgraded (if needed) in order to provide reliable connectivity
  • Ensure IT policies are enforced Office 365 and AD and File server management
  • Ad-hoc on call in response to system failure or other problems that might interrupt system operation



  • Min 2 Year working experience in setup , configure, troubleshooting PC/Laptop/Printer/Networking issue
  • Positive Working Attitude, hardworking, result-oriented, motivated ,team player and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of basic server and networking will be added advantage
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Prefer Chinese candidate
