  1. Leading Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) team to ensure the staffs performance is up to the management expectation.
  2. Assign Territories/Area and Account Management
  3. Generate Daily Sales Target Report
  4. Calculate & generate Monthly Incentives of the ISR
  5. Set territories sales target and calculate monthly incentive of the ISR
  6. Guiding and perform on-job-training to the team through phone accompaniment on a monthly basis.
  7. To ensure all Online Account Request & Customer Orders are processed by ISR in SAP (same day)
  8. Build an open communication environment for the team
  9. Organize weekly meeting and discussion between Area Sales Manager & ISR
  10. Suggest and implement improvement in the Sales Administration Process
  11. Prepare monthly results presentation to ISR team & Sales Teams
  12. Conduct Monthly/Qtrly/Yearly appraisal for direct reports
  13. Any other duties required by the management



  1. Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in handling outbound calls/Telemarketing/Telesales
  2. Experience in B2B telesales is a must
  3. Intermediate/Advance Microsoft Office tools skills
  4. Good written & spoken in English
  5. Is results driven and persistence type of personality
  6. Strong in prospecting and customer service skills
  7. Good time management
  8. Good analytical skills
  9. Proven track record in sales achievement
  10. Experience in B2B office stationary product is added advantage
