SALES COORDINATOR [GELANG PATAH]

Candidate will be responsible for internal sales activities of rectifier modules, DC power systems, magnetic products and services including :

  • Issuing sales quotations.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements over the phone/emails.
  • Building rapport with customers through friendly and engaging communication.
  • Handling customer sales and order enquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Communicating product alternatives to customers.
  • Capturing customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up.
  • Purchase order processing.
  • Handling return material authorisation (RMA) enquiries.
  • Sales administration activities.
  • Customer follow up on quotations.
  • Providing relevant feedback to supervisor/manager.

Job Requirements

  • Strong written and spoken English required. A writing assessment will be conducted during the interview.
  • Candidate must possess at least a technical diploma, or bachelor's degree.
  • Preferably minimum 2 year(s) working experience in technical sales and marketing. Candidates with a semiconductor or electronic background is viewed favourably.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers (globally) over the phone or emails.
  • Self-motivated and responsible.
  • People and team oriented.
  • PC knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia,
