JOB DESCRIPTION HEAD OF QA
(A) Quality System
To assure the Implemention approved quality standards and specifications.
Coordinate the team for QA and QC system improvement and implementation including
Documentation control system, QC sampling and testing measurement and new quality
Lead the QC and QA team to work with production and SND on product non confirming issue
and ensure corrective action are taken by responsible department.
Lead the QC and QA team to work with PMC on new raw material evaluation testing.
Support and cordinate the team to work out with other department on product and project
(B) Customer service
Ensure all the customer complaint with proper evaluation and counter measure to satisfy
Support customer packaging and artwork development
Coordinate the team to work out on customer technical inquiries, tehcnical agreement and
(C ) Adminstration
To plan and organise manpower and system requirements to ensure products comply with
Facilities appropriate training for staffs and new staffs recruit.
