Principle Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Assist to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within their assigned territory by effectively selling company products and services.
  • Negotiate and close contract.
  • Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Promote existing and new company products and services to existing and new customers.
  • Keep CRM system updated with sales activity.
  • To provide technical support to customers, as required.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Examples of skills/ competencies to be demonstrated include:

 

 

 

 

 

           

  • Good communication skills in written, verbal and listening.
  • Good language skills in both English and Bahasa Malay.
  • Someone with demonstrable experience within Sales supported by a background in welding or mechanical engineering or metallurgy.
  • Someone who has good knowledge and clear understanding of requirements needed to sell welding consumables, machines and our Integra services.
  • A strong team player who can build strong relationships with both the internal sales team and customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills with an analytical mind and attention to detail.
  • Excellent account management skills who is able to plan and deliver sales turnover and margin targets.
     

Qualifications/Experience/ Knowledge

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma  in office administration or human resources or equivalent.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in relevant field.
