Run, administer and organize implementation of the lease strategies and yearly lease plans
for the assigned portfolio of open and future shopping centres
– Administrative support during implementation of lease strategies, yearly lease plans, budget
and lease development: coordination Leasing Teams and open and future centres, follow up on
schedules, look through and be meticulous in identifying discrepancies and contradictions if any
– Administrative support and coordination of the Leasing and Administration Teams, Project
departments and open and future centres
– Follow up yearly lease plan: receive and fill in negotiated rents and terms in time in order to
monitor and control results with planned income budget
– Collect statistics and produce reports about occupancy cost ratio, fixed rents, turnover rents,
costs, rental rebates, contributions etc. – all data that could be used for planning and analytical
process to support Lease managers and SO management
– Conduct and prepare market research, competitors studies, customer profile, local tenants, local
market knowledge and trends
– Ensure complete and accurate leasing portfolio database
Ensure processes and communication initiated, fulfilled and approved in time and run
smoothly and effectively between leasing, projects and centres
– Be a speaking partner as one point of entry between centre management (CMO), project
management and leasing teams
– Represent leasing department in project meetings and act as a business consultant for the project
leader; deliver leasing knowledge about tenants, main KPIs for shopping centres and tenants
evaluation and other lease related analysis;
– Support and initiate pro-active cross department cooperation, especially with the leasing teams
and responsible people within the projects and centres
– Manage change requests from Leasing, communicate to Project Department and coordinate the
process to ensure the completion of the work
– Administrative support on lease plans changes: collect feedback on lease plans from Lease
managers communicate to Project Departments/tenant coordination in clear way for further
adjustments, follow up any changes done to lease plans
Lease coordination of project-related activities, resources, equipment, and information
within relevant departments
– Initiate and support in organising leasing-related internal and external meetings and events
  • Min 3 years working experience in Leasing & Marketing / Leasing Co-ordinator / Project Management within Shopping centre environment;
  • Knowledge in leasing, leasing process and tenants’ MEP requirements
  • Advanced user of Windows (Excel, Word,Powerpoint, Outlook, CRM)
  • Good organizational skills and service-oriented,
    Proactive with positive working attitude
  • Able to work independently and under pressure,able to multi-task
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic experience of analysing and meticulous
  • Min. Advanced Diploma or Bachelor degree in Real Estate or related discipline
  • Experience in project management or coordination work from Shopping Centre
  • Good command of English, both spoken & written, Proficient in Mandarin / BM preferred.
  • Able to travel interstate when required (min. 5 times a year) /regionally as needed
