  • Knowledge & Experience in Bakery/pastry food technologist with hands one experience in working with the Japanese/Western market and products
  • As a Pastry/Bakery Food technologist you are responsible to develop concepts for the market using our oils and fats and work in close relation with the development team to develop functionalities to complement our product portfolio.
  • Manage both internal & customer project, assign them to the Food technologists and monitor periodically. Share knowledge and give guidance to the team of food technologist.
  • Provide technical support to customer and meet customers together with the sales team to achieve the company business objective on product acceptance and approval.
  • Co-ordinate and conduct workshop activities, training programs as well as tailor made sessions for the customer in the Creative Studio.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science / Nutrition / Food Technology.
  • A minimum of 3 years in working in the bakery and pastry industry or related industry
  • Understanding of oils and fats and the functionality of emulsifiers in these systems
  • Good communication & presentation skills together with product knowledge to discuss with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to travel overseas to customers
