To key in new employees into the TMS system such as; employees personal

particulars, income tax, SOCSO, EPF & others statutory requirement.

To collect, print and check daily attendance report & update attendance

in system.


To check and key in overtime/leave/increment/deduction in the payroll system.

To assist on the checking / update daily attendance to all departments for


verfication purpose.


Process and generate payroll & prepare denomination & bank list for payment

to Finance dept.

Prepare any amendment payroll to be update in the following month.

Print payslip/manpower turnover/workforce/deduction/government report

after payroll completion.

To prepare for EPF/SOCSO/PCB monthly contribution for payment.

Prepare Form EA/E yearly.

Filing payroll/employees related documents.

Prepare annual performance appraisal bonus & increment

To perform any other duties when given by the superior on adhoc and

urgent basis.


Job Requirement


Knowledge of Human Resource Management

Good supervisory, communication, training, motivational and interpersonal skills

Able to liaise with government departments

Analytical thinking and teaching ability to organize training or provide training

Familiar with Labour Laws

Knowledge of payroll software

Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001


Minimum Qualification



1. 1-3  years  relevant field


2. Diploma/ Degree in accounts/ LCCI
