Responsibility 

1

Supervising and monitoring subordinates for day to day functions assigned for.

2

To succeed  Company Mssion and Vission on human resourcing. To uplift the

 

quality and  integrity of each and every individuals by selecting and conducting

 

quality trainings and workshops.

3

Recruiting quality and talented candidates to meet company goals and objectives.

4

To implementing continuos improvement program for the staff by implementing

 

Training and Development program, Career Development Program and

 

Retention Program.

5

To assist evaluate every individuals on their performance against expected

 

results, variances shall be rectified through trainings and guidances.

6

To succeed the Training & Development , Career Path Development and

 

Retention Programs in order to keep talented people stay in the company.

7

To conduct Domestic Inquiry (DI) whenever there is a need against default staff.

8

To ensure employees'  probabtionery/confirmation/ promotion/increment (if any)

 

and prepare employee appraisal for confirmation/promotion/salary adjustment/

 

yearly increment.

9

To meet all the statutory deduction (SOCSO/EPF/PCB/Loan Repayment/

 

Advance) and payment every month.

10

To liaison with governmental bodies (EPF/SOCSO/Income Tax/ Labour Office

 

Industrial Relation and others) to ensure the legality and compliances matters.

11

To issue memo, circularisation to the public for their awareness and compliance.

12

To assist and support other Jobs and assignments from time to time.

13

To supervise the correspondence with Government Sector.

14

To keep track on manpower manning in a tip-top condition at all times.

15

To ensure all future expansionary programs carry out by the company be

 

meeting the Human Resources requirements. Pre-amp and initiative shall be

 

readily available.

 Job Requirement

Knowledge of Human Resource Management

Good supervisory, communication, training, motivational and interpersonal skills

Able to liaise with government departments

Analytical thinking and teaching ability to organize training or provide training

Familiar with Labour Laws

 

Knowledge of  Safety and Health and operation

Knowledge of payroll software

 

Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
