REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1 year experience of Customer Service Experience or telemarketing services
  • Required language: English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Customer service oriented and good interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn and must be a team player.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Professionally handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate and consistent information.
  • Manage feedback and escalations, where necessary.
  • Addressing service enquiries.
  • Participate in service improvement projects.
  • Perform follow up calls and email correspondences
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
  1. Working hours ( 9am – 6pm )
  2. 5 work days per week (Will require to rotate between team as operating on weekends)
  3. Good English speaker
  4. Subjected 9 days Malaysia Public holidays
