Salary Range : RM 3,000.00 – 3,500.00

- Minimum of 1 year experience of Customer Service Experience or telemarketing services
- Required language: English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Customer service oriented and good interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and must be a team player.
- Professionally handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate and consistent information.
- Manage feedback and escalations, where necessary.
- Addressing service enquiries.
- Participate in service improvement projects.
- Perform follow up calls and email correspondences
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
- Working hours ( 9am – 6pm )
- 5 work days per week (Will require to rotate between team as operating on weekends)
- Good English speaker
- Subjected 9 days Malaysia Public holidays
