An exciting opportunity has arisen within this vibrant call centre in the banking industry for an experienced Manager. You will be based in our JB Office and can expect to have the opportunity to influence the business on a considerable scale.

In this diverse and challenging role you will be responsible for managing a fast growing team of agents. Along with this you will develop and implement standard operating procedures, handle escalated enquiries, monitor quality assurance and maintain relationship with partners.

To gain this sought after role you will be a dynamic, hands on Manager with demonstrated experience in working in a growing team. You will possess demonstrated experience in training agents, attaining targets, and motivating a sales team. This position is responsible for the following:

Job Scope:

  • Handle daily operations to ensure branch office is running smoothly
  • Responsible to lead, coach and manage the sales teams to deliver targeted sales and revenue
  • Maintaining daily, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
  • Monitor random calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance;
  • Work closely with HR dept on staff recruitment and rewards/retention schemes
  • Handling the most complex customer complaints or enquiries;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks and stay abreast of industry trends
  • Other duties as assigned




  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in telesales / call centre, with supervisory role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken & written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of call methodology and coaching techniques associated with each element
  • Able to drive staff performance improvement through effective application of coaching and development techniques
  • Skilled at handling human interactions in a positive manner
