TELEPHONE OPERATOR [SINGAPORE]
Job Tittle : Telephone Operator
Salary Range : S00 – 00 (based on experience)
Work location : Sentosa Island
Working hours : 8.75hrs per day (44hours per week), rotating shift work
Work day : 5 days work (Off day will base on duty roaster arrange by superior)
Job Description :
*Answering phone call with good telephone skill.
*Transfer phone line to appropriate personnel or department.
*Customer service care centre/information centre.
Requirement :
*1-2 years working experience in Hospitality line.
*A person who speak clearly, with a friendly and courteous tone.
* Good listening skills.
* Good in answering incoming calls(inclusive of outside call and internal guests room calls).
* Take and distributes message for guests, provides accurate information on guests services and answers inquires.
* Well spoken English.
