- Lead a team of production operator to run and manage plating line.
- Chemical usage and consumption, Plating Line Operation, start-up and shutdown procedure.
- Carry inspection on equipment efficiency (pump, jig, basket, and controller).
- Carry out and ensure EN auto dosing control, parameter setting, and internal calibration to be done (Nickel controller and pH meter).
- EN chemical makeup, parameter control to check all checklist and acknowledge and basic plating line maintenance plan.
- To manage downtime which related to operation (makeup time, change part no, line purging).
- Involve and troubleshooting on control and process related to EN plating line and Stripping line.
