CUSTOMER CARE (SINGAPORE)
Job Description
Perform receptionist and cashiering duties accurately, efficiently and professionally
Attend to customers’ enquiries and ensure correct information is being conveyed
Assist customers in making appointments and ensure appointments made are accurate
Ensure customers’ satisfaction is achieved by providing excellent customer service
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Generate reports as and when required
Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
Demonstrates honesty and integrity
Well-groomed, pleasant personality, friendly and approachable
Able to work retail hours, weekends & public holiday Mon-Fri: 10.30am – 9.30pm Sat: 9.30am – 8.30pm
Sun: 9.30am – 6pm
Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin. Ability to converse in Mandarin is a MUST to liaise with Mandarin speaking customer
Subject to the following conditions:
– Punctuality of not more than an accumulation of lateness of 30 minutes within a calendar month;
– No medical or urgent leave taken during the month.
– Good work performance and attitude. (Will be determined by the Management)
Commission: Sales
6 DAY OFFs monthly
Annual Leave: 10 days (Increase 1 day for every 1 completed year of service. Capped at 18 days)
Medical and Dental claim
AWS: 1 month basic pay
Performance Bonus: Depend on Company and individual’s performance
