a) Production Supervisor shall report to the Production Executive
b) The main duties are as follows :
■ Leads the Production Supervisor collaborates closely with the Design department on projects to deliver cost effective, robust and timely solutions.
■ To lead the production operatives within the assigned production line, establishing and maintaining high standards of performance.
■ Responsible for leading and coordinating the production of assigned mould including activities of Sub-Contractor to achieve production within the day and to the quality standard required.
■ Supervision in the daily production of precast concrete to meet with the production schedule.
■ Ensure sufficient of raw material of daily usage in accordance to daily production schedule, reporting to immediate superior if needed.
■ Prepare and conduct mould inspection and pre-pour inspection on daily basis, prepare checklist and relevant inspection reports.
■ Maintain production’s documentation well-records.
■ Ensuring the plant production operation, work instructions and procedures are strictly followed.
■ Closely standing supervision of concrete pours and check continuously of finishes surface towards conformance to specifications and standards.
■ Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements if needed.
■ To ensure that workers are adequately skilled and experienced in following and understanding correct production methods.
■ Maintain and implement quality control system in the factory and project sites by following the project quality manual and standard operating procedures set by the company.
■ Liaising with Production Department’s member and sub-contractors for any non-conformance for pre-pour inspection, trains workers whenever necessary and as required.
■ Any other tasks which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
