JOB DESCRIPTION

To lead the Customer Care & Sales Admin Dept:-

• To responsible for Customer Care,including the Key Handing Over process, Managing customer concem and feedback,as well as the Sales & Marketing-Customer Care activities &promotion campaign.
• To liaise and follow up with outsource agents for all sales enquiry, sales activities,deposits and viewing arrangement; sales figures and customer feedback and viewing comments.
• To liaise and communicate with bankers and solicitors for all matters pertaining to Customers such as SPA signing, reimbursement and progressive claims releases as well as attend courteously and ensure all customers' queries and grievances are manages well and timely.
• This includes and not limited to Ensure timely application and renewal of Developer License (DL) and Advertising Permits (AP)from Ministry of Housing & Local Govermments (KPKT) for new and ongoing projects.
• Understands and able to use IFCA system.­
• Update and provide timely and accurate Sales Figures,Sale­­s Forecast,Progressive Billing claim.
• Be involves in VP and Keys Handing over documentations and liaise with purchasers, bankers and Solicitors.
• Ensure all complaints/defects have been resolved.
• Manage and effectively resolve buyers/residents enquiries.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management,Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Managerial level of related field is required for this position, preferably with working experience in PROPERTY DIVISION.
• Good written and spoken English.
