POSITION: ADMIN AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA) 

Job Descriptions: 

  • Manage appointments, schedules, and travel arrangements for executives.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as checking employees’ timesheets and reports, recording annual leave, and tracking sick leave.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other office documents as needed.

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and business trips.

  • May require occasional overseas travel to support operations.

Job Requirements: 

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software.

  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

  • Comfortable working with both local and foreign colleagues.
