POSITION: ADMIN AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA)
Job Descriptions:
-
Manage appointments, schedules, and travel arrangements for executives.
-
Assist with administrative tasks such as checking employees’ timesheets and reports, recording annual leave, and tracking sick leave.

Prepare correspondence, reports, and other office documents as needed.
-
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and business trips.
-
May require occasional overseas travel to support operations.
Job Requirements:
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software.
-
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
-
Comfortable working with both local and foreign colleagues.
