POSITION: ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Descriptions: 

  • Handle full set accounts and monthly closing for multiple entities
  • Prepare group consolidation reports and ensure accuracy of intercompany transactions
  • Work closely with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries during audit and filing
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing in line with FRS/IFRS standards
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for review
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises by providing accounting data and variance explanations 
  • Support management with financial data and analysis for business decision-making
  • Oversee monthly payroll for Singapore and Malaysia teams 
  • Ensure CPF, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB submissions are accurate and timely
  • Work with HR and vendors on payroll reconciliation and related reports
  • Maintain proper documentation to meet regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Monitor transfer pricing policies and intercompany transactions to ensure arm's-length compliance and proper documentation for all entities
  • Coordinate with external tax consultants on cross-border matters (e.g. Malaysia CP204, Dubai CT) 
  • Manage corporate tax, GST/VAT and with holding tax filing across regions
  • Monitor group cash flow and manage intercompany loans and bank facilities.
  • Manage Euler Hermes Trade Credit Insurance, including:
    o Credit limit applications and renewals.
    o Declaration, overdue monitoring, and claim follow-up.
    o Liaise with insurer and sales team on credit coverage
     

Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in full set accounting and group reporting.
  • Exposure to multi-entity and multi-currency environments, preferably with regional operations(e.g. Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, Taiwan).
  • Hands-on experience in audit coordination, tax compliance, and transfer pricing monitoring
  • Experience in treasury management, trade credit insurance (Euler Hermes), and intercompanyloan tracking.
  • Good understanding of cross-border accounting, payroll, and compliance requirements.
  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, or trading industry will be an advantage
  • Fluent English and Mandarin. Additional languages would be advantageous.
