POSITION: SALES MANAGER 

Job Descriptions: 

• Develop strategies: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive team success.
• Lead the team: Manage and inspire the sales team to enhance overall performance and productivity.
• Build relationships: Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Stay competitive: Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to adjust sales strategies effectively.
• Report progress: Regularly communicate sales performance and market developments to senior management.
• Installation & Support: Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical systems post-sale.
• Product Expertise: Understand the design, function, and technical specs of products or systems inside out.
• Technical Customization: Work with clients to tailor solutions to their specific engineering needs.
• Understanding technical products or services deeply enough to explain them to clients in a compelling way.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) and equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience in technical sales, or engineering roles
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Work base in Pasir Gudang, Johor office
