POSITION: PURCHASING PROVIDER
Job Descriptions:
- Purchasing processes (collecting forecasts, define replenishment parameters, material planning)
- Supplier management, placing orders, confirming orders in the system
- Incoming/ Outgoing shipments
- Close cooperation with production and sales department
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and continuous improvement of cooperation
Requirements:
- University Degree in the Business/ Administration field (Purchasing / Supply Chain Management) – is welcome or work experience in relevant field for up to 2-3 years
- Proven in demand/MRP parameter setting, inventory optimization, and PO execution.
- Supplier negotiation and basic commercial terms; import/export familiarity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (lookups, pivots) , strong in ERP/MRP skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Curious, Reliable, Creative and Energetic Personality
- Good English skills (Mandarin a plus)
