POSITION: CHARGEMAN A4
Job Descriptions:
- To operate, maintain, plan and supervise facilities and utilies management and operational activities within company premies
- To troubleshoot and rectify electrical filure on voltage panels, transfomers, gen-set, electrical equipments, lightings, wiring systems and accessories.
- To carry out routine maintenance works on the whole electrical installation system
- To analyze the root cause of the electrical breakdown and propose an appropriate action to prevent the occurence
- To perform periodical maintenance on all electrical system and report any deviations to superior
- To practice and follow work procedures, housekeeping, safety policies and comply to all relevant law, statues and regulations relating to electrical system
- To execute any others duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
- To be on 24 hours on-call standby
- To attend any training or seminar as required by department or company
- To assist and review the preparation of documentations ( manual, SOP, Preventive Maintenance, breakdown and calibration)
- To assist immediate superior in any new project/task
- To assist superior in updating technical drawings (electrical, mechanical, building, etc)
- To ensure adequate spare parts inventory is available at all times
- To liase with others department, suppliers, consultants, contractors on any matters related to the electrical
- To ensure all documentations, checklist, PM and calibrations have been carried out and updated accordingly
Others:
- To ensure general cleaning for factory and factory areas (daily)
- To accepts and be available fo rany other duties/functions from time to time as instructed from Managing Director and General Manager (Production)
- Prohibit to divulge company's information freely but to re-direct to superior in case of handling problem
- To ensure ISO implementation and procedure are follows accordingly
- Provides and plan out day-to-day facilities and utilies management and assistance to the Managing Director & General Manager Production
